My Story
I served 25 years in the United States Air Force during times of peace and war, including top-secret Counter-Drug Operations in Colombia. After the Gulf War in 1991, I applied for my VA Benefits only to be denied time and time again. During the last 33 years, I have learned many lessons navigating the Veterans Affairs (VA) bureaucracy. I finally achieved my goal of getting a VA Disability Rating of 100% and attaining all my VA benefits.
My journey to achieving my VA Benefits was daunting and frustrating. There were many times when I felt intimidated, humiliated, and scared. And there were many times when I wanted to give up. But I overcame all the bureaucratic and legal obstacles through tenacity, determination, and persistence.
I want to share my experience and all the lessons I learned with the VA system and help you attain all the benefits to which you are entitled.

Educational Consultations
Our One-on-One consultations will help you achieve your VA Benefits goals.
A one-on-one consultation can be highly beneficial when it comes to achieving your VA (Veterans Affairs) Benefits goals. Veterans may have various benefits they are eligible for, ranging from disability compensation to education and training assistance. Navigating the VA system and understanding the intricacies of the benefits can be complex and overwhelming.
Here's how one-on-one consultations can help you:
Personalized Guidance:
Each veteran's situation is unique, and a one-on-one consultation will allow me to understand your specific circumstances. I can meet you on a video conference call to review your eligibility for different benefits. I can review your military service records and create a tailor-made strategy.
Knowledge Through Experience (Boots On The Ground)
VA benefits regulations and processes can be intricate and subject to changes over time. I have over 33 years of personal experience fighting (Boots On The Ground) with the VA bureaucracy, medical system, and legal system. During my journey, I have accumulated up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the VA system, ensuring you receive accurate and relevant information.
Maximizing Benefits:
I will help you identify all the benefits you are eligible for and assist in maximizing the benefits you can receive. My one-on-one consultations will help you understand how to combine benefits, such as disability compensation, education benefits, housing assistance, and more, to maximize your entitlement.
Avoiding Mistakes and Delays:
Applying for VA benefits can involve complex paperwork and specific documentation requirements. Making mistakes or missing essential information can lead to delays or even denials. I will be able to review your application, ensuring that it is complete and accurate, reducing the chances of delays and increasing the likelihood of a successful outcome.
Appeals and Reconsiderations:
You are not alone if you've already applied for VA benefits and faced denials or unfavorable decisions. I was denied many times, but I became an expert by trial and error, and I can help you avoid all my mistakes. I can assist you in the appeals and reconsideration process to help you win your VA Benefits. In addition, I can help strengthen your case by helping you gather additional evidence and present your situation more effectively.
Stress Relief:
Dealing with bureaucracy, paperwork, and VA jargon can be stressful, especially for veterans who may already be coping with physical or emotional challenges. A one-on-one consultation can alleviate some of this stressful burden, allowing you to focus on your well-being.
Access to Resources:
During the last 33 years of fighting for my benefits, I have gained access to resources and tools to help you streamline your benefits application process. I will be able to show you relevant programs, support services, and organizations that can provide you with further assistance.
Don’t Go Into A Battle Of Wits Unarmed:
You wouldn’t go into a battlefield unarmed. Well, the VA is another form of a battlefield. Your benefits can total millions of dollars, but you will be walking into the VA minefield trying to get your benefits. By having someone like me who has walked through that minefield, I will help you maneuver to an advantageous position to win all your VA Benefits.
In summary, educational one-on-one consultations can significantly improve your chances of successfully navigating the VA benefits system. Whether you're just starting to explore your options or need help with an ongoing application or appeal, seeking guidance can lead to more favorable outcomes.
